We travel to most of the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Here is a general idea of our travel radius:
East to the St. Croix River
South to Mendota Heights and Richfield
West to Hwy 100
North to Columbia Heights and White Bear Lake

When you contact our office staff to make an appointment, we can also provide you with our current prices for all services, as well as quotes for surgical procedures.
We encourage you to book several weeks in advance for routine appointments. This ensures that we are able to accommodate all of our clients during busy times. We reserve a designated number of appointments each week for sick and injured pets; in doing so, we are better able to see pets on short notice that require immediate care.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. Monday appointments would need to be cancelled by the previous Friday. Those who cancel in less than 24 hours may incur a $100+ cancellation fee.
