Appointment hours vary.
We travel to most of the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. We also now travel to select areas in Western Wisconsin! Here is a general idea of our travel radius:
East to the St. Croix River
South to Mendota Heights and Richfield
West to Hwy 100
North to Columbia Heights and White Bear Lake
Western WI: Hudson area, Somerset area, Houlton area
If you aren’t sure whether or not you are in our service area, please call/text/email our office. You can also fill out the form to the right (“Get In Touch”) and our office staff will contact you to let you know if we travel to your location. Just make sure to include your contact information, city and zip code!
We encourage you to book several weeks in advance for routine appointments. This ensures that we are able to accommodate all of our clients during busy times. We reserve a designated number of appointments each week for sick and injured pets; in doing so, we are better able to see pets on short notice that require immediate care.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. Monday appointments would need to be cancelled by the previous Friday. Those who cancel in less than 24 hours may incur a $100+ cancellation fee.
